Privacy Policy
Rose City Customs Epoxy Lab Inc. (“Rose City Customs,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through rosecitycustoms.ca, by email, phone or during a project.
Information we collect
- Contact details such as your name, email, phone number and postal code.
- Quote and project details such as space type, approximate size, surface condition, timing and notes.
- Photos you voluntarily upload or send so we can understand your floor.
- Limited technical and security information used to operate and protect the website.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, arrange inspections, deliver services, administer projects and warranties, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Uploaded photos
Photos submitted with a quote request are transmitted over HTTPS and stored privately with the related lead in our CRM. They are not placed in a public storage bucket or gallery. We will not publish them without separate permission.
Floor guide and photo colour ideas
Free-text floor questions and recent chat context are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to answer them. The optional photo adviser asks before sending a resized room photo to Cloudflare AI for colour suggestions. We do not save adviser images in the CRM unless you choose to send a quote request. A temporary photo copy on your device lets Floor Studio import the room image; that transfer copy is removed after import and is unavailable after 30 minutes. Colour ideas cannot assess slab condition or replace an inspection.
The guide records anonymous conversation topics and the last step reached so the shop can improve answers and understand quote-request drop-offs. Unanswered question text is stored only if you opt in, with email addresses, links and phone-like numbers removed. Contact forms and photo bytes are not included in these insights. Abuse controls use a hashed network address.
Service providers and transfers
We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, the private CRM, private file storage, and AI processing. Some information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.
Retention and deletion
Customer records are retained only as reasonably needed for service, warranty, business, legal, insurance and tax requirements. Information no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of.
Safeguards
We use encrypted transmission, access-limited business systems, validated upload types and sizes, and business service providers. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion subject to legal requirements. You can choose not to upload photos.
